How the Snake and Ladders Morse Code Game is Played
Here is the set of rules you need to follow to play the game:
Under the ‘Game Controls’ heading, you will find various options, like Roll Dice, New Game, Player vs Player and Player vs Computer. First, you need to choose the mode of play. For instance, if there are two players, you need to choose the Player vs Players option. On the other hand, if there is no one else to play with, you can opt for Player vs Computer mode. Once you have selected your desired mode, you are set to start.
Step 1: Click or Tap on ‘Roll the Dice’ button shown under the ‘Game Controls’: Just like the traditional Snake and Ladders Board Game, you have to take turns rolling a virtual die.
Step 2: Whatever number appears after you have clicked on Roll Dice option, you will move accordingly. Let’s suppose, if the number is 4, you will move 4 squares from the starting point.
Step 3 – If you land on a ladder or snake, the game will trigger a Morse Code Challenge. For example, the challenge may ask you to guess the Morse Code for the letter ‘A’. The correct answer will move you up the ladder. The wrong one will keep you where you are. However, if you are on a snake, a wrong answer will bring you down.
If you are able to exceed the 100-square mark before your competitor, you will win the game. Hence, your ultimate challenge is to be the first one to reach the hundredth square.
Besides, for every correct answer, you will learn 2 points. If you win the game, you will be awarded with 10 points. The game has other features as well.
